Should any part not meet customer expectations, Jaguar Specialties will correct the issue either by repair or exchange for another unit of the same type. A return authorization must be requested, and the part should be returned to Jaguar Specialties (shipping pre-paid) for inspection. Should a problem be identified, the unit will be repaired or replaced at the option of Jaguar Specialties
